Herbs De Provence 4 Bay Leaves, finely crumbled
2 tb Basil, dried
2 tb Rosemary, dried
2 tb Thyme, dried
1/4 ts Coriander
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Savory
1/4 ts Ground Cloves
1/4 ts White Pepper
Combine seasonings in a blender of food processor and whirl until well blended. Yield about 4 oz.
