Grilled Zucchini With Anchovy Sauce

1 1/2 kg Zucchini sliced
150 g Preserved anchovy chopped
200 ml Olive oil
70 g Parsley
Salt and pepper

Grill the slices of zucchini, with salt and pepper. Beat the olive oil with anchovy. Dress zucchini with oil. Sprinkle with parsley.
