Aglio E Olio 1/2 c Olive oil
4 cl Garlic; minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional Ingredients
1/2 c Parsley; chopped
1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated
While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a small skillet and saute the garlic over low heat for a few minutes, until it begins to turn a light golden color (NOT Brown).
Remove from the heat. Pour over hot pasta. Stir in the salt & pepper and any optional ingredients you may desire.
