Fagiolini

1 lb Green Beans - Italian style
1/2 ts Garlic, minced fresh
Salt and pepper
2 tb Olive oil - more if desired

Snip ends from beans and cut into 2 inch pieces. Steam to desired doneness. Add garlic, olive oil and fresh ground pepper and salt to taste. Toss well.

Maranate for at least 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. If Italian green beans are not available, other styles of fresh green beans can be substituted.
