Dijon Ginger Butter 8 oz Unsalted butter; softened
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 ts Fresh ginger; finely grated
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 tb Italian parsley; coarsely chopped
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in order given. Mix thoroughly. Compound butter may be rolled into "logs" with parchment paper and frozen.
