Bruschetta with pepper Butter And Radishes 1/4 c Unsalted butter; room temp
2 ts Dijon mustard
1 1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
18 French bread baguette slices
12 lg Radishes; slice thin
Mix butter, mustard and pepper in small bowl. Season to taste with salt. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
Cover tightly and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before using.) Preheat broiler. Broil bread until lightly toasted. Spread toasted bread with pepper butter. Cover with overlapping radish slices and serve.
