Cheesy Bacon Pizza 2 8 inch Italian Bread Shells (pizza crust) in bread section
8 Tomato slices
1/4 ts Dried oregano, crushed
1/4 ts Dried basil, crushed
ds Pepper
3 oz Canadian bacon, chopped
3/4 c Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 450
Place bread shells on cookie sheet. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with spices. Top with Canadian bacon and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
May substitute pita bread rounds if necessary.
