Double Cheese Tortellini 2 Cans; (16 ounces each) stewed tomatoes
1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 pk Uncooked; (7.05 ounces) dried cheese-filled tortellini
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
Heat tomatoes and oregano to boiling in 3-quart saucepan; stir in tortellini. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently, stirring occasionally, until tortellini is of desired doneness, 20 to 25 minutes. (Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water during last 5 minutes of cooking, if necessary, to prevent sticking.) Top each serving with 1/4 cup cheese. 4 SERVINGS.
