Calzone 2 1/2 kg Pizza dough
2 kg Mozzarella
1 1/2 Litres tomato sauce
800 g Ham sliced
15 Eggs
Spread dough to 30 cm size. Cover 1/2 the dough with tomato sauce, then mozzarella then ham and 1 raw egg. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Seal dough. Brush lightly with tomato sauce. Cook and serve.
