Clam Sauce 2 3/4 tb Garlic, chop
3 tb Olive oil
8 Clams -- chop
1 c Clam juice
Parsley -- chop
Salt and pepper
1 c Tomatoes; skin, seed, crush
In a saute pan brown garlic in olive oil. Add clams and saute for 1 minute. Add clam juice and simmer. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 mins to reduce.
