Fettuccine Alfredo (cheddar Sauce) 1 lb Fettuccine
1/2 c Butter
1 c Light cream
3/4 c Cheese, parmesan
3/4 c Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 ts Pepper
Cook fettuccine according to directions. Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients and cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove when hot, but do not boil. Toss in noodles. Fettuccine Alfredo (cheddar Sauce) printer friendly version located here. Click Back to return. |
