White Wine Pasta Sauce With Chicken

1 1/2 c Milk
1/2 c White wine
8 tb Flour; sifted
2 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Fennel seed
1/4 ts Oregano
2 tb Onion; finely chopped
1 tb Celery; finely chopped
2 tb Mushrooms; finely chopped
1 c Boneless skinless chicken breasts; cut into 3/4" cubes

Brown chicken.

Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
