Brushetta For 6 12 sl Bread, italian
Olive oil
6 ea Garlic cloves, split
6 ts Olive paste
2 c Vegetable strips
1/2 c Cheese, parmesan
Brush both sides of each thick slice of bread with oil, broil both sides to toast. rub slices with halved garlic. sprad one side with 1/2 tsp each olive paste Top with roasted vegetable strips ( see Roasted Vegetable Lasagna for instructions), top with cheese and serve
