Three Bean Salad 16 oz Green beans; cut, drained
2/3 c Olive oil
16 oz Kidney beans; drained
1/3 c Vinegar
16 oz Chick peas; drained
1 ts Oregano; dried
1 lg Onion; sliced thin
1 ts Salt
2 ts Garlic; chopped
1/2 ts Pepper; freshly ground
Drain all beans well. Place in large bowl with a cover. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Cover and leave at room temperature for at least 2 hours to marinate before serving.
