Boursin Pasta 2 Boursin cheese; 5-oz packages
6 tb Chives; finely chopped
6 tb Parsley; finely chopped
Cook spaghetti or fettuccine and as soon as it is cooked and drained, dot the cheese on top of the pasta. Save a cup of the pasta water. Sprinkle on the herbs and toss well until the cheese has melted and caoted all the pasta. thin if necessary with some of the pasta water. Serve immediately.
