Rice Salad 400 g Rice
200 g Cooked shrimp
200 g Fontina cheese, strips
200 g Canned tuna, strips
100 g Peas
100 g Salami, strips
100 g Ham, strips
100 g Olives
100 g Capers
200 ml Olive oil
50 g Lemon juice
70 g Parsley
Salt and pepper
Cook the rice. Mix together.
