Pizza Sauce 100 oz Angela Mia crushed tomatoes; (Hunts)
3 tb Olive oil
1 c Good Red Wine
1 c Water
6 ds Tabasco
2 tb Marjoram
3 1/2 tb Oregano
1 1/2 tb Fennel
3 1/2 tb Basil
2 1/2 ts Fresh ground black pepper
2 1/2 ts Garlic powder
Salt to taste

6 pt Makes this many pints OR enough for 12 md Pizzas
Combine all ingredients and slowly add to sauce while whisking.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer over low heat for 1 to 3 hours, or until you like the taste.
Makes about 6 pints or enough for roughly 20 servings. Freezes well.
