Marinara Sauce 1/4 c Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1 cn (28oz) tomatoes, (crushed)
1 c Water
3/4 c Fresh parsley, chopped
1 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Dried oregano
1 ts Garlic powder
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat; add the garlic and saute until golden. Allow to cool slightly to avoid splattering, then add the tomatoes and water and bring to a rapid boil. Add the remaining ingredients, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
