Mostaccioli With Prosciutto and Pine 8 oz Uncooked mostaccioli (about 3 cups)
1 bn Green onions; (with tops); sliced
1/4 c Pine nuts; pistachio nuts or slivered almonds
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/3 c Margarine or butter
1/4 lb Prosciutto or thinly sliced
Fully cooked smoked ham; cut into thin strips
1 c Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Cook mostaccioli as directed on package; drain. Cook and stir onions, pine nuts and seasoned salt in margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until onions are tender, about 3 minutes. Toss onion mixture, prosciutto, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the hot mostaccioli. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 4 SERVINGS
